I honestly never thought I would ever get here. I've been on the bookish social media spaces for quite a few years now and it's safe to say I have learned A LOT. I never thought it was ever going to be a published author, but look at me go!! I did this for me, proving to myself that I could do it, whatever you set your mind to. I have completely formatted and did every single thing to my book by myself and I couldn't be more proud of myself. (i did have a closer author PA beta/proofread for me: Steph, ILYYY)

I did end up releasing early... here's the thing. This last Friday, I went to a concert for an artist that I follow RELIGIOUSLY. It was my second show of his, BUT.... I GOT TO MEET HIM!! One of my poems (to butterfly boy) was actually FOR him and I wanted to be able to gift him a copy.. I won't get all sappy, if you're curious what this musician has meant to me.. maybe go read the poem ;) anyways, I gave him a copy AND he signed my separate copy that I brought. Safe to say it was so very special to me. (I'll post the pic we took down below!)

I cannot wait to continue writing more.. I definitely still have some new ones ready and little random notes on my phone notepad that need worked up, I can't wait for what's to come!
